EASY EOB! is a user friendly, Windows-based program consisting of 4 easy-to-follow steps for processing EOB medical insurance claim forms.

• ORIGINAL EOBs are placed in the scanner's flatbed or ADF (automatic document feeder)
• Scanner settings can be set up directly within the program to save additional time, and increase efficiency
• Easy EOB! provides recommended scanner settings for optimal scanning performance

Step 2: Form Identification / Cleanup

• View scanned forms in "real time" OR retrieve previously scanned forms
• Easy-to-use tools are provided for quick and easy form identification
• Automatic form cleanup for optimal data capture

Step 3: Data Capture

• Patient data is captured using proven OCR technology
• User simply verifies captured data without need for manual data entry
• Easy-to-use tools are provided for reviewing and manipulating patient data to increase data and posting accuracy

Step 4: Posting

• Collected patient data is displayed in easy-to-view window
• "Real time" view allows user to make any changes prior to posting
• User can post data of all patients or individual patients, or even skip patients
• Automatically post payments, adjustments, deductibles, etc.
